Legal-Eagles Chief Executive Officer and assistant Ms. Sherry Morrison had the pleasure of meeting with Pennsylvania Secretary of Pardons & Commutations Celeste Trusty. A training and workshop was held at the Philadelphia Public Defenders office.
Legal-Eagles has partnered with Medical Alliance.org and William Daniel Weber to review the medical records and obtain a Certificate of Merit in the case of Richardson v Clarke no. 1-22-CV-29, You can follow the case on our podcast Fly Eagles Fly. Antwan Richardson was refused adequate medical care when he complained of chest pains for weeks. Eventually he suffered a massive heart attack in the Dauphin County Prison. Mr. Richardson was delayed transport to the hospital for thirty (30) minutes by order to the Shift Commander do to a employee shift change.
Last months Highlights
Legal-Eagles has branched out into the field of private investigation work. We obtained affidavits in three different cases of recantation in the Philadelphia area. We have conducted several background checks and located witnesses and family members. Legal-Eagles has obtained property records and deeds in a highly contested divorce case.
