Legal-Eagles is now partnering with Lisa Maye Grant to offer custom parole and commutation services.  Lisa belongs to many advocacy groups and is a big supporter of Legal-Eagles.org. The package  includes but are not limited to a custom social bio of who the parole candidate was and who he is today. Comes complete with a color collage of photos, legal version of the case, a criminal extract of the candidates prior history, support letters, home plan referral and much more. Former Pa Commutation Secretary gives Legal-Eagles.org his seal of approval!


Brandon Flood, former Pennsylvania Commutation Secretary, issues a letter of support for the blue ribbon service Legal-Eagles.org provides to its clients. (click on above) The son of an accountant and now private consultant for the Lazarus Firm, Mr. Flood spoke with Legal-Eagles founder, David G. Lusick, about the needs of his constituents who are not able to qualify for free services yet are unable to afford premium legal representation.


Legal-Eagles will be contracting with Mr. Flood and the Lazarus firm after December 2022 to personally represent some of its clients before the commutations and pardons board of Pennsylvania. He will assist our clients with navigating and filing commutations and pardon applications.


Legal-Eagles is proud to be the recipient of such a high honor. Mr. Floods credentials are impeccable. He is the former legislative director of the Pennsylvania Legislature Black Caucus as well as lobbyist for the NAACP. He enjoys insider status and has friends all across the Capitol.
