Invited by Florence "Penny" McDonald, former official for Philadelphia State Representative Ron Waters and Executive Director for C.F.R ("Community Forgiveness & Restoration), a non profit that helps inmates on parole in Philadelphia with Reentry services, Legal Eagles networked and offered opportunities to inmates.
