Diane Stromberg had paid an attorney (Neil Jokelson, esq) $10,000 in 2000 to help her son with his appeal.
For over eight (8) years attorney Jokelson promised he was working on the case. see Stromberg v. Varano Civil action 09-401
When it finally came to light that he in fact never pursued the case, he refunded about half the money paid.
However, her son lost his appeal rights and has been in prison for twenty-five (25) years.

At Legal-Eagles our motto is simple. We never price gouge our clients. We never charge a retainer. And every case is unique.
Diane has expressed her satisfaction with the results we have provided.
Footnote: This month Diane's son got granted a new P.C.R.A hearing. Legal-Eagles.org has been collaborating with his new attorney Earl Ray Dubois, esq in presenting the judge with mitigating evidence on his behalf.
