Let's face it. Hiring a attorney is cost prohibitive. Unless you were O.J Simpson, and could afford to hire the Dream Team of your choice, you probably have to borrow money from friends or family just to get a run of the mill lawyer. But hiring a paralegal is a cost effective solution. Let me tell you a quick story. I got a call the other day from a young man whose grandparents recently passed on. He had grown up with them in their house. He is there now with his sick father. He calls me up after he gets served by a process server with a Complaint for Ejectment. In other words, an eviction.
