Winning the hearts and minds of local Philadelphians!

Legal Eagles has once again come to the aid & assistance of low income tenants in Philadelphia.

Legal Eagles has filed a series of L&I complaints on behalf of tenants at maryjanehomeenrichmentcenter@yahoo.comThis rooming house has ceilings caving in on tenants, infestation, and total lack of repairs by management.

When a ceiling caved in on tenant Alexander Brengle, causing personal injury, the landlord told him to hang tight for two days and he could move to another room.

There have been a total of 52 L&I complaints with 14 incident violations found over a decade.
