Hello, my name is Kathleen. I am currently facing a 2nd dui charge and every lawyer charges more then I make in 2 months for a retainer fee. I'm am beyond hopeless at this point I did some research and found you. Do you operate in nj? I was driving my friend home and had stopped drinking 2 to 3 hours before I drove. I literally have nothing and I'm going through a break up and I don't even know where I'm gonna live in 5 months I couldn't have had this happen at a worse time. I didn't even want to drive the guy home but it was like 30 degrees out and It was 2 miles. Plz help.
